and also..the ceo of the company made the decision..the leader was actually doing wrong by himself enjoying flights.

the answer was a bit confusing...but the answer should be leadership bcoz CEO brought a change in the behaviour of other members.

Motivation mostly deals with giving right incentives to motivate.. since it was written "Desired manner" nd some inner points.. it cannot be a perfect anwer.. although , question was too ambiquity. As in the last line , it was written " That employees follow the ruless.. in leaders desirable favours.. "" which indicated LEARDERSHIP

I too think it should be leadership because it says...'it is the process of influencing tje behaviour of people working in the org' and that's what the ceo did...!
It was ambiguous so the board might consider both!
