Q15. The chief Executive Officer -CEO of 'Shri Ram Ltd' sent the message to all the departmental Managers"With effect from today, whatever communication they have to do, they will do so in writing."This communication reached all the departments In the company, this order began to be followed. Within a few days the unfavourable consequence of this order became apparent. Mainly the speed of work became slow. In this context, whosoever went to the CEO to give a suggestion, he ignored all other.
