Calculation of NEET Score using Answer Keys

> The NEET paper consists of 180 objective type questions, with 4 answer choices. One of the 4 choices is the correct answer.

> For each correct answer, the candidate scores 4 marks.

> For each incorrect answer selected, there is a negative marking of 1 mark, which gets deducted from the score.

> So total marks obtained in the NEET exam will be calculated by multiplying number of correct answers selected by 4, and then deducting marks equal to the number of incorrect answers selected.

So total NEET score formula is:

NEET Score = (Number of Questions with Correct Answer Selected * 4) – (Number of Questions with Incorrect Answer Selected *1)

NEET Paper Pattern
