You are given a sample of water . How will you find out whether it is pure or not ?

Hi,

You can simply boil the water to find out whether the water given is pure or impure. If nothing is left behind in the vessel after all the water has been evaporated, then the water is pure and if something has left behind in the vessel after complete evaporation, then the water is impure.

 We can find whether the water is pure or not by passing electricity through it .If electricity passes through it then it is impure and if electricity does not pass through it then it is pure.

one more way is that when you will immerse pH paper in the water then it will turn green which tells that it is pure water and it doesnot contain any impurity. you will study about pH paper in class tenth.

 WE CAN FREEZE THE WATER OR BOIL IT
