he was fed up of Chunilal always coming to his house where he was not needed at all......but then Bepin Babu thought that Chunilal must surely remember something about his Ranchi trip..so he met Chunilal again

Because he thought that Chunilal would have remembered about his Ranchi visit. Chunilal told thathe would have remembered much better than him about his Ranchi visit because he told that Bepin Babu indeed went to Ranchi.

Bepin Babu changed his mind because he thought chunilal must know something about his trip to Ranchi.After meeting chunilal confirmed that bepin went to Ranchi , he decided to see a specialised doctor.
