Why balance between personal and organisational objectives are desirable?

There should be balance between personal objective and organisational objective.
Although organisational objective is given importance but objective of personnel is to be kept in mind for accomplishment of organisational objective. Sometimes there may be conflict between personnel goal and organisational goal. Personnel in the organisation should be handled with care to convert their personal goal into organisational goal.
Balance between the two is utmost important for accomplishment of organisation objective in a efficient manner. Also personnel goal should be given importance. They should not be neglected. If personal goals are fulfilled than only organisational goals can be achieved.
