Dear Student,
Please find below the solution to the asked query:

Saheb-e-Alam or Saheb, is a ragpicker living in Delhi's dingy area of Seemapuri. He is one of the many squatters who came from Bangladesh in 1971. His family's house and fields were swept away by storms in Dhaka. According to the story, Saheb is so poor that his family cannot manage a complete meal for themselves. They wear tattered clothes and have no money to buy footwear. They are living in most filthy living conditions which are devoid of sewage, drainage or running water. They stay in mud structures which can fall anytime and have leaking roofs. These families settle down where ever they find food.
