What do you mean by iso , sec ,tert,neo and explain in detail and the differences between them as given in the pic.

All these terms are used as prefix when naming various compounds as:
iso term is used when he carbon chain has branching and the methyl group is attached to the second carbon of the chain as shown in the given figure. [Iso butane]
The prefix sec- is used when a functional group, is attached to a secondary carbon atom (the carbon atom attached to 2 other carbon atoms). Example: Sec-butyl bromide
The same is shown as sec-butyl functional group in the image posted by you.
The prefix tert- is used when a functional group, is attached to a tertiary carbon atom (the carbon atom attached to three other carbon atoms).Example: tert-butylbromide.
The same is shown as tert-butyl in the image posted by you.
The prefix neo- is used when two methyl groups are attached on 2nd carbon from either terminal of the molecule. Example: neo- pentane.
