Ways of increasing crop production are-
1. Doing multiple cropping in which two or more crops are grown on same feild ,it ensures productivity and also improves soil present in area.
2. In palampur the farmers planted both jowar and bajra in same farm which increased the productivity of the area.
3. Use of modern machineries for farming such as tractors , electric pumps for drawing water etc.
4. Use of high yielding variety of seeds is also important to improve production.
5. Also applying fertilizers and pesticides to crops can improve the crop production .
