1) Uncontrolled proliferation of cell which leads to significant morbidity and mortality is known as a cancerous disease.
Eg: Breast cancer , cervix cancer etc.
2) Uncontrolled growth refers to production of many cells without being inhibited between the cell cycles due to loss
of inherited genes which control the cell division.
3) Division of cell refers to the separation of parent cell to produce daughter cell either by miosis or meiosis.
