pls...answer this question fast.....4 project.....What is the sound that camels produce?

The most common noise is a sort of low-pitched 'Nuuuuuurrr' sound. It's hard to describe, but it's quite a funny sound.
There might be a website that has an audio recording of camel sounds...
I'll try looking it up for you. One moment, please...

EDIT: Aha! I found one example of the sound I was describing, although this camel sounds agitated. The more common sound is a more mellow version of this one. Go here: http://www.camelphotos.com/VideoClips.ht…
And click on 'Video Clip #2'.

Also here is what the Toronto Zoo has to say on the subject of Camel vocalizations:
"Camels are capable of a wide variety of sounds from high pitched moans and squeaks to deep groans or roars when agitated."

The high pitched moans and squeaks are an alarm call and sound like a dog toy (the squeaky toys).
