1. Expensive energy drinks can be replaced by bananas which is a good source of minerals. 
2. Fresh fruits vs processed juices. Fresh juice are full of vitamins and minerals without any added sugars.  Nutritional value - 2 grams of fiber, 160% of the Daily Value for vitamin A, 40% of the Daily Value for vitamin C, 8% of the Daily Value for calcium, and 40% of the Daily Value for folic acid.
 
3. Lentils vs red meats. Lentils are easily available and cheaper than red meat. Lentils serve as good source of proteins, 7 grams protein, 6 grams fiber, 4% of the Daily Value for calcium and 10% of the Daily Value for iron.
 
4. Cream can be replaced by yoghurt. Yoghurt will fill the calories requirement in your diet, 150 calories, 0 grams fiber, and 14 grams protein.

5. Whole wheat bread is good source as it accounts for 6gm protein and 3gm fibres(per 2 slices). Its much better over 'Maida'.
