Name the pregnancy hormones and their source

Pregnancy hormones are those hormones that are produced only during the phase of the pregnancy.
Hormones like HPL, HCG, estrogen, progesterone and relaxin are pregnancy hormones. 

Placenta releases hormones like Human Chorionic Gonadortropin (HCG), Human Placental Lactogen (HPL), eostrogens, progestogens etc...

Moreover, Ovary secretes a hormone in the later phase of the pregnancy called Relaxin. 

Thus two primary sources of pregnancy hormones are ovary and placenta.
