is dancing resonance more stable than an aromatic compound always or in some condtion orr never? pls compare its stabilty wrt aromatic ,non aromatic and anti aromatic compounds?

Dear student,

Dancing resonance defines the movement of electrons along different carbon atoms containing double bonds and which are in conjugation. Aromatic compounds do have resonance or called dancing resonance. The stability of aromatic compounds is due to dancing resonance. More the resonating structures more will be the stability.
The order of stability are:
Aromatic > anti-aromatic > non-aromatic
