IF A begger dint get water to drink then can he do sussu

Dear student.

Urination is directly related to the intake of water or any other fluid. More the intake more will be the urge to urinate. If someone is not getting water or any other fluid to drink, he will not urinate. If a person does not urinate, then the toxic material will pile up inside his body, and the person will not be able to survive.
