How to decide whether to do integration or differentiation in physics. Want to understand please help. Thank you so much.

Solution,
Integration and differentiation are two mathematical operations used widely in Physics.
Integration is integrating smaller things or units together especially when the unit is small enough to be considered as continuous. When this unit is relatively bigger, integrations are converted to summations. If there is some plot of variation of a quantity available, for example, the variation of velocity of a particle with time, etc., then integrating the dependent variable (velocity) with respect to the variations in independent variable (time) gives the area under the curve which for the present example is the displacement of the particle.
Differentiation on the other hand shows the rate of change of the dependent variable at any particular value of the independent variable. Extending the above example, taking differentiation of velocity any instant of time gives the acceleration at that time.
So, both integration and differentiation are very helpful in physics especially when we need to study the variation of one quantity relative to the other and extract several parameters to explain the situation or event.
