How can you ensure maintaining dignity of a person? Explain with an example.

When person are treated unequally their dignity is violated.Dignity is right of person to be trated and valued and respected for their own sake and to be treated ethically.So for maintaining dignity of an individual we must treat them with respect and equally with other people irrespective of his caste ,race, religion, color or creed or profession or place of birth or gender. For example , the reservation of seats for schedule castes and scheduled Tribes in public jobs to bring them at par with the mainstream people and other provisions were added in constitution to let them live their life with dignity in society unlike before when they were treated badly.
