How can one become a scientist, an economist, a historian...? Does it simply involve reading many books on the subject? Does it involve observing, thinking and doing experiments?

Please give me an answer for this

Dear Student,
To become a scientist, an economist or a historian, it of course requires a lot of hard working, dedication and studies in the respective subjects, but it also requires a proper education and certification from a recognised university. Also, as you have mentioned above;  observing, thinking and doing experiments are required to achieve greater positions in these fields.

Hope this solves your doubts regarding this query.

no, it requires more than just reading books and doing experiments, the key ingredient in becoming a scientist, historian, etc. is to have keen interest in the subject or field, and the eagerness to learn more.

According to me in becoming any profession listed above you must have valour for that particular subject. You must be interested in the subject from a very long time. You must have good observing and applying skill.
