It is given that if coins show Same side then score:
Ravi=100
Sam=-10
if coins show Different side then score:
Ravi=-10
Sam=100
In first question Ravi got a Head and Sam got a Tail i.e. both got different side.

Sam=100
Ans is (D)
As every time one get 100 and other get -10 the total of a time is 90.
So in n number of times the total should be 90n
=> Total should be multiple of 90
Checking the options...
we see that total of the options are:
(a) Ravi:90 Sam:90 =180
(b) Ravi: 390 Sam:60 =450
(c) Ravi:400 Sam:390 =790
(d) Ravi:200 Sam:-20 =180
Here we can see that only the total of option (c) is not divisible by 90.
hence answer is (c)
