Draw a circle of radius 5cm take a point P on it without using center construct a tangent to the point

steps of construction:
1. a chord PQ through P is drawn.
2. any point R is taken on the major arc PQ, PR and QR are joined.
3.construct $\angle QPX=\angle PRQ$
thus PX is the required tangent to the circle at P.
