DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPERMIOGENESIS AND SPERMIATION

SPERMIOGENESIS IS THE PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION OF SPERMATIDS INTO SPERMATOZOA..... WHERE AS.....SPERMIATION IS THE PROCESS OF RELEASE OF SPERMS FROM THE SEMINIFEROUS TUBULES ( AFTER SPERMIOGENESIS THE HEAD OF THE SPERM BECOMES EMBEDDED IN THE SERTOLI CELLS AND THEN FINALLY RELEASED FROM THE SEMINIFEROUS TUBULES BY THE PROCESS CALLED SPERMIATION)............

Spermiogenesis or Spermateliosis Spermiation Transformation of spermatids in to spermatozoa is called spermiogenesis or spermateliosis. After spermiogenesis, sperm heads become embedded in the Sertoli cells and are finally released from the seminoferous tubules by the process called spermiation
