Dear Diary,
Today our school organised a visit to the school for deaf and dumb. Many of the students did not want to go but my mother insisted that I should go. She said that meeting such children would make me thank God for the privileges that He had given me. Anyway, I went there and was amazed to see how the children were taught. The teachers were so patient with them and made them learn small words through signs and symbols.The trip really opened my eyes, that it is indeed a favour from God that we can speak and hear. I am more thankful to God now.
