describe the procedure of nominations of candidate to contest in a particular election?
 

Every person ( Above 25 yrs) who wishes to contest an election has to fill a nomination form and give some money as security deposit. Every candidate has to declare legally about serious criminal cases pending against him, details of assets and liabilities of the candidate and his/her family and his educational qualification. All this information has to be declared in public so that the voters can make their decision depending on that.
