They are top members of the day. I have 100 thumbs, but I am not the top member of the day. Today's top member Rishabh has got 4 thumbs up today. That's why he is in that list.

The ones who are in the list have greeator number of thumbs up from experts.For instance, today I got 1 thumbs up, but I'm not in the top members of the day.Because, the minimum limit to be in that list is worth 3 likes......hope you get it....
