We have : $\frac{3 x + 5}{4} = \frac{2 y - 1}{6}$
$\Rightarrow$6( 3 x  + 5 ) = 4 ( 2 y  - 1 )

$\Rightarrow$3 ( 3 x  + 5 ) = 2 ( 2 y  - 1 )

$\Rightarrow$ 9 x  + 15 = 4 y  - 2

$\Rightarrow$9 x  - 4 y = - 17                                        --- ( 1 ) 

And

$\frac{4 x}{3} +\frac{y}{6}$ , But that equation is incomplete .
