Why was Albert quite nervous when he met the doctor? What does this nervousness indicate about his nature?

Dear student,

Albert needed a false certification from  Dr. Ernest, to enable him to quit school for six months. Einstein, however, when came round to meeting the doctor, suffered from an actual nervous breakdown--perhaps from an overbearing sense of guilt or falsity, as he was apparently lying to the doctor, about an ailment he did not have. Thus, he was extremely nervous while meeting the doctor and this also tells us that he was an honest, young boy but was trapped in an education system, he did not understand.

Regards
