To make it easier for us to learn English, they made a general rule.

Because this type of questions starts with WH.

Like What, Why, When etc.

WH- question words are used for obtaining certain kinds of information. They are called so because they contain the letters ‘W’ and ‘H’.

Is it not obvious?they all have the letters W and H.they do not necesserily start with wh.eg:How?
