why should we keep away the magnet from the cassettes, mobiles, television, CDs and computers ?( plz answer fast )

 We should keep them away because the magnets will lose their properties and will become demagnetised.

Magnets can only harm the discharge tube in television. This is because the tube of a television uses an electron beam to 'paint' the image on the back side of the screen. This electron beam excites phosphors that give light. (I hope that it helps)!!!!!!!!!!!

CASSETTES, MOBILE,COMPUTERS AND T.V'S USE A METAL PLATE IN FRONT OF THE PICTURE TUBE,TO FOCUS ELECTRONS BEAM. WHEN THIS PLATE GETS MAGNETIZED FROM EXTERNAL MAGNETIC FIELDS, IT PRODUCES DISCOLORATION AT THE POINT.
