why nucleus is considered to be present in non aqueous phase of cellular pool ?

Dear student,
The nucleus is present in the non-aqueous phase of the cellular pool because the non-aqueous phase contains various types of chemicals which are deposited in the structural forms of chromatin, cell wall and cell membrane whereas the aqueous phase contains chemicals which are dissolved in water forming a true or colloidal solution. Thus, the nucleus having the chromatin materials is present in the non-aqueous phase of the cellular pool.
