Why is Nitrogen gas more in the air than other gases and oxygen and from where nitrogen gas is released ?  Experts answer and please answer quickly.

Nitrogen gas is slightly lighter than air and their root mean square velocity is nit so high so nitrogen gas is more in air.On the other hand other gases root mean square velocity is more so their availability is less in air.
