Why does China has a lot of technology?

1. China has a lot of technology because China had made heavy investment in its education that led to growth of productive population.
2. China has also invested in research and development which helps in improvisation of technology.
3. China has created Economic and Technological Development Zones. They have the purposes of building up high-tech industries, attracting foreign investment, increasing exports, and improve the regional economy.
