why are road accidents at high speed are very much worse than accidents at low speed???

 it is because of momentum.when velocity is high ,momentum will also be high,momentum=mass into velocity.momentum is the impact of a moving object on another object.

 THE REASON IS MOMENTUM,WHEN THE VELOCITY INCREASES,MOMENTUM ALSO INCREASES BECAUSE MOMENTUM IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO VELOCITY.

When a car or a vhecile moves in a slow speed its momentum is less due to which the damge due to the accident is less but when a car or vhecile moves at a high speed then damage due to accident is very very large so it is adviced to drive cars at slow speeds to be in contol and prevent damge and if the damage occurs then the damage will be less
