'The Operating Level Management' is also known as 'Low Level Management' in the context of management. It comprises of the supervisors, foreman, line boss, shift boss, section chief, etc. Their main task is to supervise the work of the employees. They act as a link between the middle level management and the workforce. They directly interact with the employees and pass the instructions of the middle management to the employees. This ensures that the task is being performed as per the desired plans and policies.
