while moving left to right in a period the no. of protons increase and also while moving top to bottom then how ionisation energy varies in both scenario?

Across  a period, the effective nuclear charge increases and electrons are more tightly held by the nucleus and more difficult to remove. Hence more energy is required to remove the electrons. So, ionisation energy increases.
