Which features should be the basis to exhibit data through tabular presentation on rural poverty?

Mostly people in rural area are illiterate or have only basic knowledge like they are more familiar with numbers than language , so if the data related to rural poverty is in tabular form it is better for them because of following reasons-
1.Simplification - With the help of the table it is easy to present large and complex data.
2.Understandable- When data is present in table forms it is easy to understand like for rural poverty a person who had basic knowledge can also understand that data easily.
3. Helpful in comparison - People can also easily compare two data, just by looking at the number.
4.Required less explanation - If the data is in tabular form, there is very little space left for explaining that data.
