"When an organisation follows the social responsibilities towards one group, it can damage the benefit of other group". Explain.(5)

The given statement is true. An organisation can damage the interest of other groups by following social responsibilities towards one group.  If the organisation intends to alter its operations, it should take into account the interest of all groups associate with it.For example - If a fast-food company starts manufacturing a new product line of non-vegetarian dishes, then its vegetarian consumers may question the purity of its vegetarian product line. This may lead to a loss of loyal vegetarian consumer base for the firm. In such case, the organisation must separate its product branding for both the product lines so that the buyers keep their preferences same.
