what prcautions must be taken while preparing questionnaire?????????

The following are a few precautions that should be considered while drafting a questionnaire.

1. It should have limited number of questions.

2. The questions should not be ambiguous and should be presented in an easy to understand manner.

3. The questions should be typed and should be legible to understand.

4.  Mathematical and calculations type questions should be avoided

5. Questions should be preferably in local language.

6. Undesirable questions should be avoided.

7. Questions should not start with the negative words, such as don't you think...?, why not you....?etc.
