What is whiptail disease in cauliflower? What are its external symptoms?

Whiptail disease in cauliflower is caused due to deficiency of molybdenum. It appears as pale green or yellow patches on the leaf margins. The leaf blade does not develop properly. In severe deficiency only the midrib of a leaf appears.
