what is the relation between market price and normal price

Market price is that price that actually prevails in a market at a given point of time. On the other hand, normal price is the price which may reasonably be expected to prevail over a period of time in the market. Thus, both the market price and normal price are basically dependent on the market forces namely demand and supply, but at varying degrees.
