Hiii Vaishnavi,

Lets understand it by an example.Say,I have 5 chocolates and i want you to eat them.Now there is your sister standing by our side.You say-"I will eat 'atleast' 2 chocolates.It means you will either eat two chocolates or more than two.On the other hand your younger sister says'i can eat atmost 3 chocolates.It means she may eat 3or 2 or 1 or no chocolate but not more than 3.
