Summary of Fire and Ice
In this poem the first two lines the poet talke about the two possible ways of destruction of the world . One is by fire and other is by ice . The poet is with those who thinks that fire will end this world . Then the poet says that fire or ice only one can end this world. But hatred can destroy this world twice. On second thought he says that ice can also destroy this world but ice will destroy it slowly by starting a long ice age . But hatred will destroy this world rapidly (fastly) by destroying our society . Therefore we should live in mutual harmony.
