Lebanon should follow democracy type governance,where elections are held and will allow everyone to contest and whoever wins maximum votes becomes the president,no matter from which community he/she comes from .It is the type of government which prevail in my country.Government of Lebanon also have to make a good constitution so that the country would have a good military and police ,thus no civil war takes place .Government also want to ensure that rules and regulation prescibed in constitution is maintained properly

as there was a majority rule for both muslims​ and cristians but finally the rule ws given to muslim shias so it wasent really a democratic place where he lived because he belonged to both the community

The answer to Khalil's dilemma would be :

a. Instead of continuing with old system which is based on reservation to the top posts based on religion ignoring other religious sects and races.
b. I would prefer to rewrite the rules and make system democratic?giving opportunities to everyone to participate in the political process, to contest in elections irrespective of one's religion, creed, race or sex.
c. I would amend the existing constitution and make Lebanon , democratic in nature with political competition for political posts open to all.
d. I would have a constitutional framework that guarantees political, social , economic and cultural rights to all with recognition and accommodation of diverse?interests of every community. That would be real power sharing and in democratic spirit.

He should establish democratic government so that every person of that country get equal RIGHT and OPPORTUNITY for contesting election in free and fair manner
