what is sedition anti-government or anti-national..if your answer is anti-national then the tookit case filed on disha ravi is an exception....please explain the reason briefly.

But actual legal definition is provided under Section 124A of Indian Penal Code which says that " Whenever by words, either spoken or written, or by signs, or by visible representation, or otherwise, brings or attempts to bring into hatered or contempt, or excites or attempts to excite disaffection towards, the Government established by law in India.......nd so on."
