The process of arranging data into rows and columns, i.e. table is called tabulation.
The components of table are:
1) Table Number: It is assigned to a table for identification purpose.
2) Title:A title is a heading at the top of the table describing its contents.
3) Caption: The heading for columns is called caption.
4) Stud: It is portion of table containing row heading.
5) Body of the table: It is the main part of table, it contains the actual data.
6) Head notes: These notes appear in bracket between the title and body of the table,
7) Foot Note: It is given below the body of table, it states the fact that is not clear from other parts of table.
