Liberalism is a political philosophy or worldview founded on ideas of liberty or equality. Concept that the preservation of individual liberty and maximization of freedom of choice should be the primary aim of a representative goverenment. It states that all individuals stand equal before the law. It defends freedom of speech, artistic and intellectual expression, worship, pprivate property and use of state resources for the welfare of the individual.
