SECONDLY, SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE WHICH DEVELOPS THE EQUALITY IN SOCIETY AND PROMOTE THE GROWTH WITH SOCIAL JUSTICE, CALLED DEVELOPMENT. EXAMPLE:- EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES AND HEALTH FACILITIES..

Infrastructure means "The structure below", i.e., foundation.
