Froth is an aggregation of bubbles of any subsatnce on liquid. Actually, in froth floatation method the metal particles get up in the form of this froth.

HI! :)

Froth Flotationisa method of concentration of metal ores which is mainly used for sulphide ores and used if ore density is less than density of impurities. The ores are floated in a froth bath containing eucalyptus oil which helps in settling down the impurities.
