Dimensional formula of young's modulus is M^1L^-1T^-2. Young's modulus isn't dimensionless quantity. But it says strain is dimensionless quantity (which is true). As we know that, Young's modulus (Y) = Stress/Strain = Pressure. Young's modulus has the same dimensions as that of pressure,i.e., M^1L^-1T^-2 and its unit is also Pascal. Hope it is helpful...

Young Modulus= stress/strain
And we know that,
Stress= Force/Area
# Force=Mass ? acceleration
=M ? Velocity/time
= M ? distance/time^2
= MLT^-2
And,
strain is has a formula
Length/Length, so it's dimensionless quantity
So, stress has a dimension =
MLT^-2/L^2 which is equals to
ML^-1T^-2
Then,
Young modulus has a dimension equals to ML^-1T^-2.
