What is different between the criteria adopted by world Bank and UNDP for comparing countries?

World Bank adopts only one criteria to see the development that is per capita income where as the undp uses many criterias like life expectancy at birth health status literacy rate education and the per capita income of the country so the data provided by the undp is more accurate of showing If a country is more developed or less developed rather than the report given by the World Bank
