what is difference betweem organic vegetables and a normal vegatable ?why are they costly then normal onces ?

 Dear student.

Organic vegetables are those vegetables which are produced without using any chemical fertilizer, pesticides, bioengineered genes (GMOs), etc. They use natural fertilizers such as manure, compost etc. They are safe to consume and nutrition content is high.

On the other hand, normal vegetables are grown mostly by using chemical fertilizer, pesticides, bioengineered genes (GMOs), etc.  They posses health risk and nutrition content is also low.

The time period for growing organic vegetable is more as compared to normal vegetables, moreover yield is also low in case of organic vegetables as use of chemicals and growth hormones is refrained. This is the reason organic vegetables are bit expensive.

Organic vegetables are those which are specially taken care of or have some better properties than the normal vegetables. So, they are costlier than the normal vegetables.
